Our bright, friendly 2-room apartment is ideal for 2 up to 4 persons. The comfortable flat is built with much biological wood and materials. Our comfortable, quiet, new, sunny apartment has a large southern balcony. The location is practical to reach from airport and close to all interesting sights and the centre of Munich. If you rent a car, the location of the flat is the best strategic point to drive to all interesting areas around Munich (like castle New Schwanstein) and secondly to reach all important high ways 'Autobahnen'.

The flat is close to the 'tube', that goes to the airport and to the city centre. In the surrounding there are also some restaurants. If you rent a car, than it is the best strategic location of Munich, because it is close to all important high ways 'Autobahnen' for example for the Autobahn to Salzburg (Austria) etc.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The prices are for two persons. Additional persons cost 25 Euro per person per night. Children till 1 year pay nothing in addition, until to 16 years 15 euros per night. The price is due at day of arrival in cash. With reservations of more than 10 days, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the whole calculation which becomes due 3 weeks beforehand. From three weeks before the reservation begins there applies a cancellation fee of 50%. Costs for final cleaning result only with reservations (entries) less than 5 days and then it amounts inclusively to 35 euros.

Living room with bamboo parquet (approx. 35 square meters) with culinary line, dining table with 4 chairs, cupboard, chest of drawers, couch, 2 television armchairs, couch table, TV, dish washer, television, stereo device and also here high window front with access to the balcony. Notes: With the construction and the equipment of the apartment it was paid attention to the fact, that no pollutant-containing materials are used and the mattresses of the beds are new and protected against mites. Cots and high-level chair can be put any time (free of charge of course).

Munich Apartment Details

Arrival: The flat is close to the S8 and can be easely reached from airport or from the central railway station. From Both is leaving the S8 to the station called Engelschalking. 10 minutes to walk.

Shopping: There are food stores within walking distance to the flat, but there is no dryer available or cloth washer, but if needed you can use another one in our house at the same place.

There are some realy nice restaurants within walking distances. Such as bavarian, Italian, Chines and India.
