  • A 50% reservation deposit at time of booking is required and is non refundable. The full amount is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival plus a £750 security/damage deposit to cover any damage or breakages which will be refunded and dispatched within 10 days of vacating the property. There is a £27.00 bank charge for refunds outside the UK. Payment by bank transfer your bank may also charge incoming fees. If the renter cancels the contract no refund is due except the security deposit.


    The security/damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days off vacating the property subject to any losses.

    You are strongly advised to take out fully comprehensive holiday/travel insurance with a cancellation clause.

  • Included in the weekly rental rate is Pool maintenance and gardener, cleaning, bedlinen and towels (not beach towels), air-conditioning, electricity.Cleaning and laundry weekly. To allow for cleaning on handover Le Cottage du Loup must be vacated by 10.00 and is available for arrival from 16.00. Arrival times unless previously arranged must be between 16.00 and 18.00 hours.

    There is an additional charge for heating in Winter between 1st October and 31st March of £100.00 per week.
  • Please help conserve the environment by not leave the air-conditioning/heating on constantly unless in use. Please ensure the windows/doors are closed whilst in use or an additional charge will be due. Thank you for your understanding.

The toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom. Shower room to Bedroom 3 with great chrome dome shower, wash hand basin w.c and bidet. Marble floors to all bathrooms with towels provided for bathing and additional towels for swimming or sunbathing but please bring your own beach towels.

Notes: On arrival you will be greeted by our welcome lady who speaks English, French and some German. A welcome pack to help you through your first evening including something chilled for supper and some bottled water. Also for arrival toilet rolls, soap, washing up liquid, first laundry powder. The washing machine and clothes dryer are on the ground floor. Remote controlled air-conditioning is in all bedrooms and the living area. Ample of road parking is within the gated grounds of the property. The property is not suitable for young children or the infirm due to steep stone steps and terracing of some areas of the grounds. Visiting guests with toddlers and young children would need supervision at all times. Smoking is only permitted outside. Great care should be taken to ensure any cigarettes or candles are put out before leaving the property or going to bed as this is a conservation area.
