Hilo House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Nightly rate includes a maximum of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Extra fees apply for 3 or more adults.
An additional $75.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Minimum 3 day stay required. The higher rates shown apply during Merrie Monarch Festival, and the holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).
Deposit of $110.00 is required to hold reservation, and must be either credit card, cashier’s check, personal check or PayPal. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled less than two weeks before beginning reservation date. Balance due and cleaning fee must be paid one week before arrival date (two weeks for international traveler's) in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or personal check.
