Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Non refundable 25% booking deposit required 8 weeks before rental period, immediately if less than 8 weeks before rental period.
Refundable damage deposit of €200 at time of booking, refunded within 10 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of property.
Weekly rentals in peak season include utilities, off-peak season central heat is extra.
