Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Nightly Rate for two people: $250 except high season (12/10-1/10): $275;
For stays longer than 7 days, nightly rate: $225;
$15 each extra person: All prices include taxes;
Cleaning Fee: $100 for stays less than 5 nights; NO MINIMUM NIGHT STAY!;
Deposit: 50% of total cost due 14 days of request. See website for pymt options;
Balance of total due must be paid 45 days prior to arrival.;
Full refund minus $100 booking fee if cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival.;
NO refunds will be given after 30 days except for days rerented (NOT requested).;
