All guests must be registered when checking in. Additional overnight guests will be charged $ 75.00 per person per night if they are not on the lease, or asked to leave the property if maximum capacity of 6 allowable guests is attained, unless written permission granted by the landlord on the lease.
Large gatherings and additional people, animals or parties are not permitted on the property without written prior consent of the landlord. Guests doing so will forfeit deposit and be asked to leave the property immediately . - Additional ski packages available this winter. Packages include a bottle wine, or soda, or bottled water a snack and a warm fire.
