- Three story Ranch House: $1700/night, $8900/week, 3-night min.
- Both Houses: $2000/night: $10500/week, 3-night min.
Cleaning fee: Single house rental $300; both houses $600.
Maximum of 30 guests (15 in each house) - HOLIDAY RATES:
Holiday Rates apply: Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4 (3 day holiday), Labor Day, Formula One and ACL Festival.
Events on site for groups other than overnight guests (large parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc) must be approved by owner before rental, and additional venue rental fees will apply.
