The pool bath is located directly outside of bedrooms 3 and 4. With direct access to the pool deck, there is no need to track water through the house. All showers and toilets are set up for water conservation.

It is located off the dining room, away from the other bedrooms, providing additional privacy. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located next to one another. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a tall bookcase style headboard. Bedroom 4 has two twin size beds and features a TV with a built in DVD player.
