- High Season (May 15-Sep 15) .. $175/night (3 night min)Low Season (Sep 16-May 14) .. $140/night (2 night min). NO CLEANING FEE!! 7% Montana State Bed Tax, A 50% deposit secures the reservation, the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Full refund minus $50 re-booking fee for cancellations 60 + days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.Damages or excessive cleaning is subject to a post check-out charge up to 14 days.
