• Policy: Rental Rates are quoted for 1-6 persons. Please inquire if your group is larger. Children are welcome but the house is not child-proofed. We believe that parents are the best judge of their children’s actions. The use of common sense in setting aside art or other objects that might be tempting to youngsters is encouraged. Please inquire if you want to bring pets. No smoking is allowed inside the house but there are large terraces on both floors where smoking is permitted. Daily cleaning services (including laundry, floor cleaning, bed making, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and similar services) are available at additional cost. We encourage you to use this inexpensive service; it will make your vacation a true vacation but we require that you use this service a minimum of once a week. All bookings are a minimum of one week. All Rates are in US Dollars. Rates quoted are for the main house only and are subject to change without notice. Casita is available for larger groups
