Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Winter (Sep 07-May 20).. $90/night/2+nts...$125/1nite/wknds/Hols...$500/week;
Spring (May 21-Jun 30) .. $125/night .. $150/night weekend .. $750/week;
Summer (Jul 01-Sep 04) .. $145/night .. $165/night weekend .. $ 950/week;
Spring and Summer require 3 night minimum (unless a gap date is available);
$75 cleaning fee per stay ($100 for large groups 10+);
Boat Launch pass $10 for 3 days, please let us know when you book.
