Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1925/wk US Dollars Saturday to Saturday
- January to December $275/night $1925/week (Saturday to Saturday);

Security Deposit is $500 and I am quick on the refunds. Pet fee $10/night;
$125 cleaning fee per stay; daily maid service available for extra charge.;

Full Kitchen: Virtually every kitchen appliance from professional blender to bread maker. Nice pots, pans and utensils. Fully stocked pantry for use of our guests; we just ask if you use the last of something to replace it for the next guest!
