Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $300/2 nts US Dollars
- Summer $800 weekly; 3nts-$525; 4nts-$600; 5nts- $675; 6nts-$750
Winter $850 weekly; $400-2nights; $550-3nights; $675-4nts; $750-5nts; $800-6nts
Spring/Fall $650 weekly; $300-2nights; $400-3nights; $475-4nts; $550-5nts; $600-6nts
Refundable Security Deposit-$400;
Cleaning Fee-$65;
Rental includes 8 passes; Extra passes $5/pp/day, $25/pp/week;
An administrative fee is required to be paid at the Masthope Adminsitrative (POC) office upon arrival for distribution of the rental passes.
- up to 3 nights - $50.00
- 4 to 7 nights - $75.00
- 8 nights to 30 days - $100.00.
Additionally, a $25.00 refundable deposit is required for the rental/guest passes, which will be returned by the Masthope Administrative )POC office when the passes are returned. - Dates Available: Year Round

We rent only to family and Multi-Family groups.
We reserve the right to refuse rental to groups of unrelated adults as well as to persons under the age of twenty-five.
All guests must register at the Property Owners office upon arrival.
