Flagstaff Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate based on occupancy of 6 people. Additional guests are $10 per person per night up to 10 max.
- A $250 security deposit is due to secure your reservation. Acceptable payment methods are credit card, personal check, money order or cashier’s check. Full rental amount and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival. If booked less than 30 days in advance, the entire amount is due and payment must be via credit card, money order or cashier’s check. Security deposit will be refunded after the cabin is cleaned assuming no damage to property.
Payments are100% refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. 50% refundable if cancelled within 8-29 days. If cancelled with 7 or less days notice, payments are non-refundable.
Holiday rates apply to the weekend of Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4 Week (July 1-7), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving - Check-In time is 4:00 PM.
Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
Prior approval is required for any changes to check-in or check-out times.
Pets are normally not allowed but owner may consider special cases.
