We offer our guest to choose between a 'Security Damage Deposit' or an 'Accidental Damage Protection Waiver'.
Security Damage Deposit:
A fully refundable damage/security deposit of $500 is payable at the same time as the final balance and is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Accidental Damage Protection Waiver:
$79,00 USD not-refundable Accidental Damage Protection Waiver.
If you would like to book at the last minute, or wish to enquire about long term rentals, we would be pleased to look at discounting the rental rates for you, so ple - Reservations can be made up to 2 years in advance.
