Ossipee Lake Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2600 - $3400
- Peak Season Rate $3200/week Summer (Jun - Aug) 4th of July Week - $3600 7/1 - 7/8
Winter $2600 (Nov - Mar)
Spring $2800 (Apr - May)
Fall $2600 (Sept - Oct)
Sunday change over: In at 3pm - Out by 11:00 am
Cleaning fee has been included in the weekly rental price.
Weekend rentals will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Property Damage Protection fee of $59 will be included on the billing request to cover accidental damage to the property.
Security deposit of $200 will be added and held in the event excessive cleaning is required in the main house and/or the bunk house or if the property is not vacated on time per the agreement extending the cleaning period. This security deposit will be return within 2 weeks of stay if the property is left in good order.
Reservation confirmed with 1/2 payment.
Balance due four weeks prior to rental date.
