- The condo is a studio, so it is all open concept with the dining, living, and sleeping areas in one large open room with vaulted ceilings. The Murphy Bed folds down and is very comfortable. It can be left folded down for your entire stay if you prefer, as there is lots of room to do so. There is also a sofa that converts into a bed that sleeps 2.
