- Rental fee includes guest fees at Bear Lake Reserve. Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. Secure reservation requires 50% payment, remaining balance including refundable $400.00 damage/security deposit due on or before 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival day may forfiet all payments. Damage/security deposit refunded within one week of check out.
Special hoilday rates may apply. Credit cards, personal checks accepted. - Property is available on a year round basis.
