Copacabana Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- PAYMENT POLICY: To reserve the apartment you need to pay 20% of the rent. After this amount is payed I will sent to you an authorization to gel the key from the concierge. Payment can be done through PayPal by credit card. The invoice for payment will be sent by e-mail. The invoice contains the terms and conditions of the rent and is the proof of the payment and also os the rent. The remaining amount must be paid when you're already in the apartment. New invoice will be sent for that. To fill the invoices it's necessary your full name, nationality and passport number.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of the reserve implies the loss of the value given in the warranty. - RULES: 1 - If the lesses is in the possession of the property without paying the remaining amount of the lease, judicial and police meansure relevant to the case will be taken. 2 - The lessee has to replace or pay the value of any object damage to the property. 3 - At the end of the lease, the lessee has to deliver the property as received, with the equipment in functioning. 4 - The lessee will vacate the property at the of the lease and will gives the key to the concierge at the time and day constant of the invoice. If this obligation is not fulfilled, the lessee will pay a daily fine of US$ 300 while staying at the property, and will be responsible for the damages caused to third parties due to the impediment of a new lease. 5 - No smoking inside the apartment, not allowed animals.
REMARK: Payment of the booking implies acceptance of the terms and conditions described. The apartment comes clean with bed linen and towels, but no replacement or additional cleaning
