Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Holiday rates: $425 per night $2549 per week 5 night minimum stay

*A reservation deposit of $500 will secure your booking, and is applied toward your total rental charge, and a $49 non-refundable property damage insurance fee is required at the time of booking.
*50% of the payment is due sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival.
*The remainder of the payment, plus $150 cleaning fee, is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.
