(Peak season = Dates are available year round at $600/week and $2000/month.) - Cancellation policy = During the peak season, from June until Labor Day, reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date.
There will be a $25 fee charged per room for all cancellations. Failure to show up without cancelling will result in a 1 night charge per room.
