Venice Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off season; October 1st to April 30st $300/night. 2,000 week
Summer season; May 1st to Sept 30th $400/night. 2,500 week
Full payment required to secure booking, cash, money order, bank wire accepted.
Payment in advance is require to secure reservation, this include a security deposit, refundable upon house inspection.
Daily/weekly Maid service can be made available at extra charge of $125. $125 exit cleaning fee.
Holiday rates will be provided upon request.
