Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Winter ....... $675/night weekends, $450/night weekday special.
Holidays ..... from $750/night with minimum of 4 night stay.
All reservations are subject to Transient Occupancy Tax of 8%.
All reservations are subject to house cleaning fee of $150.
All reservations are subject to a refundable security deposit of $500.
