Glenbrook Resort Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Grand Opening 40% off
- A 13% tourist tax needs to be added to rates listed.
$300 Security Deposit Payment, add $100 for each additional week.
Deposit must be received to secure the dates and non refundable if reservation is cancelled.*(refunded after departure if no damage or breakage is found).
Optional pool heat $ 140/week or $20/day (recommended from Nov - Apr).
Staying less then 7 days incurs a cleaning charge of $90.
Minimum 4 nights stay is required.
We accept credit cards thru pay pal,bank and personal checks(personal checks must be received at least 3 week prior to your stay)
Deposit of $ 300.00( plus $100 for each additional week) is required to reservation. non-refundable with in 2 months of arrival if reservation is cancelled (refunded after departure if no damage or breakage is found)
Total rent due 6 weeks before arrival
