Juan Dolio Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 200.00
- For renting during Easter, Summer or Christmas seasons, 50% of rental fee should be paid to reserve. Remainder 50% should be paid off to hold reservation at least 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy during easter, summer and christmas times:
*$250.00 Cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Two Months prior to date of arrival: remaining deposit refund = 100% (minus $250 cancelation fee)
One month prior to date of arrival: remaining deposit refund= 75%. ( minus $250 cancellation fee)
Cancellation less than 30 days of date of arrival refund= 50% of all monies paid.( minus $250 cancellation fee)
NO REFUND will be given after partial use or early departure.
NO REFUNDS due to weather. If a Hurricane Evacuation Order is issued for the Juan Dolio area you may re-schedule another stay with us within one year of the original booking, as available.
