- Weekly and monthly rates vary during special events (Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Daytona 500). Rates for these time periods are $800/wk or $1200/month.
Weekly rental check-in time is Friday after 4:30pm and check-out is Friday no later than 10:30am. We are flexible, however, so please inquire as we may be able to accommodate special requests.
Monthly rentals are more flexible, so please inquire directly.
Renters must be at least 25 yrs old. - Security deposit is due at the time of booking ($200) to hold your reservation and will be repaid in full upon satisfactory checkout inspection. We do not ask for a cleaning fee from every tenant, however, if the house is left unacceptablely filthy, we reserve the right to deduct a $75 cleaning fee from your security deposit. Basically, please take care of the house and we will both save money!
The weekly or monthly rent is to be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within the 4 week window before your intended checkin date may result in the loss of your security deposit if we are unable to find a replacement tenant. We will be honest and refund your money if we can find a replacement tenant for the period!
Please remember, this is a NO SMOKING house! Smoking inside will result in a loss of security deposit. Thanks!

The half bath is located in the utility room that extends behind the carport. It has a toilet, sink/vanity, mirror, shelves, and lighting.
