Flagstaff Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Inquiry for holiday rates
- A $250 security deposit and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 is due to secure your reservation. Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, cashier checks and money orders. Full rental amount due 30 days prior to booking. If booked less than 30 days in advance, entire amount must be paid by money order or cashier's check. Security deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the property.
Security deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. 50% is refundable if cancellation is made within 8 - 29 days. If cancelled with 7 days or less notice, deposit is non-refundable.
Check in time 3:00 p.m.
Check out time 11:00 a.m.
Any changes to check in or out times must be pre-approved.
