Orlando Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Guests should respect schedule hours for Club House amenities daily 7:00 am thru 10:00 pm
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11 a.m.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Upon departure there will be a one time Housekeeping charge of $90
No pets.
No smoking. - Booking Payment can be made as follows: $250 rental deposit due upon booking (If a booking is done less than 6 weeks from arrival then full payment must be sent). No refund of deposit for cancellations. Full payment or rental due 30 days prior to check in.
We also need a Damage deposit of $300 or to place a hold on a credit card (pre approval only no charge will be made) that would be released after check out. Alternatively, guests may purchase an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (ARDI),which is an Excellent complement to your Vacation (this covers up to $1,500.00 for only a $45 fee). You can purchase this online through TravelGuard from the link at the right.

This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds with a sofa sleeper and offers a Covered Lanai facing the lake to enjoy a great view and watch the fireworks from Sea World. It is completely equipped, spotless and tastefully decorated, with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands. Check out the Den with a comfortable leather sleeper sofa to relax on and a game table where you can use any of the games we left for your entertainment with an extra HDTV and DVD.
