Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • For bookings of 4 weeks or more we offer 15% discount.
  • Note that Borg in addition to the rent, a 200 euro deposit is required for all bookings. This is fully refundable if the property is left in good condition on your departure. The deposit will be paid three months prior to your arrival. For online payments, we will refund the money to your card as soon as possible (although it make take a few days to show in your account) and you get a confirmation email. Note that prior authorization is required before a booking that all guests are of the same sex or the party leader is younger than 25 years.
  
  * Airport transfers can be arranged and also car hire : very good price for oure customers.
  
  * we have a manual of the apartment, where everything can be found in the capabilities of the apartment.
• • For bookings 3 months in advance, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs, or € 150 (whichever is greater). The full payment of the holiday is three months prior to your arrival date made??. If online payment, we will automatically send you an invoice when due. For bookings of less that 3 months in advance, you pay the total amount payable. The owners would recommend that your holiday insurance, you need to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
