Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $1900/week, Saturday to Saturday preferred but flexible, normally one week minimum.
$500 deposit, 45 days in advance to reserve booking (cleaning fee deducted from deposit). Remainder of deposit returned within 14 days after leaving unit in good condition. - Off Season rates are $1300/week, one week minimum. Saturday-Saturday preferred, but will consider variations.
