Palm Springs Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rates are the best. Please call for short stays or specials on last minute stays. After you check the calendar for availability, please submit an on-line inquiry about nightly or monthly rates. The weekly rate is pro-rated with a 4-5 night minimum, mid-week stays. Rates subject to change without notice, and are higher for holidays, weekends, and special events.
Peak: 12/30 -4/30/13 $1400/wk
Shoulder: 5/1/13 - 6/1/13 $900/wk
Summer: 6/2/13 - 11/14/13 $700/wk
Shoulder: 11/15/13 - 1/31/14 $900/wk
Peak: 2/1/14 - 4/30/14 $1400/wk - RESERVATION DEPOSIT BINDS: $500.00, converts to a security deposit upon arrival, refunded minus utility fee. Guests pay their own utilities (gas/electric). We take a picture of your meters upon arrival & departure. Utility fee is deducted from the security deposit. Pet Fee of $150.00: we accept well-mannered dogs (sorry kitty, no cats) less than 50 pounds with a signed pet addendum.
Departure Cleaning Fee is non-negotiable $165.00.
Reserving guest must be 25 years or older, sorry spring breakers-party on! Palm Springs City Tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.
