Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Weekly Stay: Saturday-to-Saturday. Check-In: 04:00 PM. Check-Out: 10:00 AM
  
  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  
  Confirmation Deposit
  A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No deposit is confirmed until a deposit and signed rental agreement is received. A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required.
  
  Other Fees
  Rates do not include accommodations state/county tax.
  
  Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $45 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.
• Payment Methods
  All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
  
  
  Cancellation and Refunds
  If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a 'Mandatory' evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
