Second master bedroom with private balcony, full bath, excellent waterview and privacy. First floor queen and bunk bedrooms share newly remodeled full bathroom with separate laundry/daybed room.. Third floor tower bonus room is a playroom with half bath, daybed and sleeping alcove for two children. South section of Living room has a full bathroom.
