Monthly rate excludes Electricity; guests will be responsible for electricity charges.
Rates do not include Cleaning Fee ($100).
$600 Security Deposit is required upon arrival.
Reservation requires $500 deposit to confirm (cash, cheque, PayPal inc. credit card).
Balance of rent, cleaning fee and security deposit are due in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: deposit is refundable only if cancelled at least 90 days in advance.
Saturday changeover preferred but not required. - Note regarding the Electricity charge:
Electricity in the Dominican Republic costs $0.37 per kWh.
The meter is read at check-in and check-out.
Weekly guests receive a credit of $70 per week (our typical usage is $40-70 per week).
This credit is non-refundable. If you exceed the credit, you will be charged the excess.
Monthly guests will be required to pay in full for their electricity usage.
