Georgetown Lake Lodge Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Year round $185/night or $1,220/ for a 7 day week for eight occupants or less that stay 3 nights or more.
  All two night stays are $195 per night. Rental Contract which indentifies a list of occupants staying will be required. Any additional person that stays will be charged $20 per nite. Christmas, July 4th, Presidents & Labor, New Year's -prefer 3 night minimum. 2 nights allowed on holiday but price is $230 per night. Prefer 5 day minimum at Christmas, July 4th, New Year's. Christmas, 4th of July, Presidents Day and New Years require a non refundable 65% deposit. 3 days minimum-Labor & Presidents Days. Montana Bed Tax add's 7%. Security of $500 required w/credit card. If your rental fee is paid by the use of a credit card an additional 4% credit card fee will be added to the total amount charged. Cleaning fee of $125 per stay for 8 or less. Wedding groups and similar gatherings can be discussed on an individual basis.
• Pets are extra if allowed. A check is acceptable if we have it in two days from the
  reservation date. Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card are method of pmt unless otherwise agreed.
  Groups of 8 or more will have to discuss rates and make a larger security deposit.
