- The owner has been personally involved in the construction of this property requiring many years of patience and attention to details. Built on a seemingly impossibly steep slope near the ridge line, using 62 concrete pylons going 10 meters into the rock, this house isn't going anywhere. The 'broken tile' walking steps show a lot of patience in arraigning the pieces by hand. The balcony hand rails are teak wood requiring a weekly application of treatment to maintain their rich look. there is no walls facing the view instead there are floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall plate glass windows so as to not obstruct the view in any way. The cabinets through out the home are crafted of teak also with attention given to clean lines and symmetry. The finishing touch of carefully selected pieces finish the home nicely.
