Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 11.6% Tax and one time Cleaning Fee of $60 iare not included in the Nightly Rate and will be added at time of booking
Nightly Rental Specials are offered throughout the year.
A $200 deposit or entire rental payment is required to confirm a reservation and to hold the dates requested.
The balance due after the deposit shall be received 20 days prior to arrival date.
We accept personal checks for payment. Debit and Credit card payments are accepted online through PayPal. .
Late reservation requests (within 20 days of arrival) will be required to pay through PayPal.
Free Night 'Specials' cannot be tied in with a Holiday
Our condos are available year around and are NOT Timeshare units. The units are Privately Owned and Managed.
Winter Month to Month rental available - $900/month - $100 cleaning fee - No Taxes-No Utilities - Owner pays these.
Properties are NO PETS and NON-SMOKING units - A charge of $250 will be assessed for any violation of this policy. - Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund of amount paid less a handling charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled within 20-30 days of arrival will forfeit 1/2 (half) of the amount paid.
Reservations cancelled less than 20 days of arrival will forfeit full payment unless owner is able to re-rent the condo for the dates reserved. We will do our very best to re-rent the condo and will not charge for any of the dates we are able to re-rent.
Owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to emergencies or weather conditions.
A 100% credit of amount paid could be used for dates at another time providing there is availability.
