Oneida Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 135/day & 750/week
- To make reservation, a 300.00 refundable security deposit is required and is not applied to the rent. It will be refunded unless some damages have been encountered or for the cleaning fee of $70.00
The rent is due 3 weeks before arrival.
The monthly rate during May to October is $2996.00
The monthly rate during November to April is $750.00 + utilities
