Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Security Deposit of $300.00 is due immediately upon booking a reservation.
* Deposit will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided there is no damage or extraordinary cleaning.
* Full Payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
* 2 Night Minimum / 3 Night Minimum on Holidays
* An additional charge of $15.00 per person, per night for guests in addition to ten (10).
* Cleaning Fee: $75.00
