Electricity is extra and based on consumption. One time cleaning fee of $65.
When you book the unit please indicate your option: The Security Deposit OR The Insurance:
$500 security deposit refundable at check out with no damages or $59 Property Damage Protection Insurance for up to $5,000 worth of damages. If you select the $59 insurance you will only be required a $150 electricity deposit per week.
* 50% Deposit required to confirm booking (fully refundable up to 6 or 12 weeks (depending season) prior to arrival).
**Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
