Fort Worth Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- • Rates are subject to change
• Must be 25 years or older to rent the home. $250 Security Deposit required to make reservation. $20 per night per pet. Rental rates and Cleaning fees must be paid in full within 30 days prior to check in. A valid credit card must accompany all reservations and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your reservation 30 days prior to check-in. Must have 30 day notice of cancellation, otherwise you will lose your deposit.
Provided that the rental has no damages after cleaning and inspection, deposit will be refunded in full.
No smoking, if evidence of smoking is found, your credit card will be charged an additional $100 per night for length of stay. No wild parties or excessive noise, please.
Weekends: Friday, Saturday and Sunday included.
Check in is at 3 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM
