Green Valley Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Deposit: $400 for monthly rentals and $300 for weekly rentals. Fully refundable within 30 days of departure, less $60 cleaning fee and costs for any damages once inspected. Security Deposit is due on signing of lease agreement.
Cancellation Fees:
60 days or more before occupancy - security fee is fully refundable should a replacement reservation for all contract months is accepted by owner. If no replacement is accepted or is less then original contract months, then non-refundable.
Less then 60 days - Security deposit is non-refundable. - Fees:
First month's rent is payable upon time of signing lease.
Balance of dues is payable on arrival by way of cash or cashier's cheque.
All fees include utilities, wifi and phone (long distance not included)
