- We have ongoing special rates for Snowbirds, Seniors (65) and Students for long term stays and specials for all seasons. Please email to get our special rates if they are not listed.
- Pool opens for the May Long weekend and closes September 30. Our tennis courts and hot tub are open year round.
2 Golf courses are 5 minutes away.

We require a 50% deposit at time of booking with balance before arrival
We require a refundable damage deposit of $250 included in your balance of payment before you arrive
If you bring pets we require a non refundable pet deposit of $50 for cleaning.
From September to May we charge a fee of $150 for utilities
All fees must be paid before arrival dates
Summer bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and require a 7 day minimum

- Both bedrooms are outfitted with sturdy queen sized wooden frames with comfortable foam/latex mattresses. They have Egyptian cotton sheets and lovely down quilts, and for those of you who prefer it, there are also bamboo blankets and soft throws to sleep with as well. These beds each sleep 2 adults comfortably. Also there are 2 high density single foamies available for extra guests complete with bedding and pillows.
