Mendocino Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- As owners who have enjoyed renting vacation homes ourself, we have elected to post our pricing as all inclusive, since really all any of us want to know is the 'bottom line'. Our pricing includes: tax -11% bed tax - housekeeping fees- spa maintenance fees- garbage removal (no commercial company is available) and supplies.
We don't have separate rates for mid week vs. weekend - nor for the most part - do we charge extra for holiday periods. During certain holidays however we may require a three day minimum instead of the two day minimum, which is usually the norm.
The range of $595-705 for the two day minimum booking, is determined by the number of guests and resulting housekeeping charges. We also charge a $55 non-refundable pet fee if your K-9 child has been pre-approved, as their visit will necessitate additional housekeeping measures. ( We want to insure a pristine environment for our 'non-pet' guests.) After the initial two day period, each additional day is $250 - We have a fully refundable security/cleaning deposit of $395 and suggest that it be paid by separate check, as we hold these funds, uncashed, pending your departure inspection. If there are no additional charges, the check is returned to you within two working days.
Please note: With the exception of 'High season' (July-October) or major holidays, week long visits may be offered from time to time at a discounted rate. Please inquire!
IMPORTANT! WE DO NOT UTILIZE THE ON SITE CALENDAR!! Often times, even though a booking might appear to be in conflict with a new request, we can often rearrange the calendar as it may have been unavailable due to personal or family use. Please phone or email us directly so we can insure the best opportunity for you to secure the dates most convenient to you. Thanks!

- We are located on a steep bluff, directly above the Albion River and Bay. Due to our close proximity to the water, we have a highly engineered septic system which limits usage to guest parties of no more than four, with the possible addition of a child, utilizing the single bed ottoman, which is very comfortable & has it's own luxury bedding.
