We do rent our villa in different configurations. Please check with the owners, if you would like to rent the Entire Villa. - Dates Available: Year Round.
An 11% accommodation tax is added to the total payment.

If more than six people occupy the suite, then there is an extra person charge which offsets the additional utility usage incurred by an extra person.

- The center bedroom at Coconut Beach Villa has a trundle daybed which has two twin beds. The other two bedrooms have King beds. Each suite at Coconut Beach Villa can sleep a maximum of 6 adults. The living area in Coconut Beach Villa has a Queen sleeper sofa, offering two bed spaces. There is no privacy in the living room, so we offer the sleep sofa for small children only.
