• DISCOUNTS!!!
  - by booking not later than 9 months and 70% reservation deposit you get 8%;
  - by booking not later than 6 months and 70% reservation deposit you get 5%;
  - by booking not later than 4 months and 70% reservation deposit you get 3%;
  
  Rent-a-car: 7 and 9 seats cars and mini-bus with AC discounted 50% by hire more than 7 days.
  Free park and swimming pool maintenance, from Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day.
  
  * Deposit - depending on arrival date:
  30% on reservation, 70% by accommodation if lefts less than 120 calendar days;
  50% on reservation, 50% by accommodation if lefts less than 90 calendar days;
  70% on reservation, 30% by accommodation if lefts less than 60 calendar days;
  * Guarantee payment on accommodation(refundable by departure): 500 euro initially plus 100 euro for every week
  
  Fees:
  - 6 euro linen and towels change, per bed
  - 95 euro surcharge cleaning by departure
• Electricity charges should be paid, and will be calculated at 0.12 euro/kW based on consumption, noted at the start and end of the rent period. Charges for water consumption will be collected based on consumption, noted at the start and end of the rent period at 1euro/ cubic meter.
  Check in from 16:00pm. until 18:00pm.
  Check our from 08:00am. until 10:00am.
  Besides this periods, if possible and after agreement.
  Transfer from Varna airport up to 8 persons- from 08:00am. until 18:00pm.- 60 euro. From 18:00pm. until 08:00am. + 25%. Transfer with 8 and 21 seats mini bus from all corners of Bulgaria (or neighbour EU countries), also and excursions by land and sea, possible by advance request.
