- in addition to these sleeping areas we also offer a large sectional couch and a futon in the living room. PLEASE NOTE: In order to minimize the amount of work we must do to get the house ready, we will provide the proper amount of sleeping space for the amount of people staying, but the other bedrooms must be locked. EXAMPLE: If you book the house for 4 people, sleeping space will be provided for those 4 people, but the rest of the bedrooms, will be locked. If you show up at the house with more people than was agreed to, then you with either have to pay more, or you will be given a refund by a check and refused service. So please be honest about the amount of people you plan to bring with you. CHECK OUT IS AT 11 AM. Due to the short time frame that we have to get the house ready, any check outs after 11 AM will result in forfeiture of deposit.
