Branson Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 90 - 115 Per Night Plus Tax
- $100 deposit is due at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Note: There are no other “hidden fees” that you get with most other hotels and condo rentals. Don’t be fooled by low rates that still have cleaning fees and surcharges added to them later.
Get more for less! Because we are not a big rental company or resort, we can charge less and offer amenities that other big companies and resorts simply can’t provide. Not to mention the fact that check-in is super easy! If you rent from us, you do not have to check-in with the resort office at all, and you don’t have to pick up a key! Our condo features a keypad entry system. We will be sending you a personal code which will give you access for the duration of your stay. - Refunds are made in full for all guest cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 30-day period expires your balance will be refunded minus the $100 deposit. There will be no refund for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to your stay. By requesting a reservation and submitting a deposit, and/or full payment, you are agreeing to the terms of this cancellation policy.
