Gilmanton Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- New Hampshire has no sales tax on merchandise; NH Meals and rentals tax rate is 9%.
Terms: 50% of the Rental Fee and deposit are due with the signed contract to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is due within 60 days of occupancy. Security Deposit monies would be paid back with 30 days of occupancy provided the property and its contents are left in the same condition. - Our rates vary by the time of year. They are the lowest in the Fall, and the highest during the major holidays, bike week and the two NasCar weeks. We only would like to rent the property a total 4 times per year. Preference will be given to families or groups that intend to return year after year. We would also consider renting in Winter, please inquire to the rates for off season if that is of interest.
