- Peak season (May 16-Sep 5 2012; Dec. 20-Jan 3 2013): $335/nt, $2220/wk, $8000/mo.
Off-peak (Sep 6-Dec. 19 2012; Jan 4-May 15 2013): $300/nt, $1920/wk, $7100/mo.
Above rates are for 1-4 guests. There is a $25/night charge for each additional guest.
Maximum 7 guests. Minimum stay 3 nights. There is a $100 cleaning fee.
A $300 refundable deposit is required to book the property. We accept cash,
Paypal travelers checks, personal checks (major US banks only) & credit cards.
Rent is due in full upon arrival. No smoking inside, and no pets please. - Dates Available: Year round
